Family owned and operated, Accurate Autoworks has served the greater Pasadena community since February 1994. We offer our customers an affordable, honest and reliable dealership alternative.
Accurate began operations as a modest facility in 1994. We have gradually enlarged our service center with two more buildings, secure parking lot, additional work areas, modern equipment and a very comfortable customer lounge with WIFI and tv.
As a full-service facility, we offer a comprehensive range of maintenance and repair services for all types of vehicles, specializing in Honda, Acura, Toyota and others. We strive to offer our customers high quality service and parts, make customers feel comfortable with the service they are provided. Our friendly team is always ready to discuss customer maintenance concerns.
Jon Smalldridge, Owner/Operator
Jon Smalldridge, owner/operator has a strong background as a Master ASE technician. He has been working on automobiles in Pasadena for over 40 years and has an Aircraft Airframe & Powerplant mechanic license. Jon is a private pilot and Certified Flight Instructor. In his spare time Jon works on planes, flies for Mission Flight. Spends time with family and friends.
Erik McLaren, Service Manager
Erik McLaren, Service Manager has worked in the automotive industry since 1986. He is ASE certified Service Advisor and has been with Accurate Autoworks since 2005.
Erik has enjoyed building relationships with customers at Accurate as well as taking care of their vehicles.
In his spare time, Erik loves spending time with family, loves his furry four-legged pets (two dogs, one cat), enjoys cooking and working on different hands on projects as a creative outlet.
Ed Miller, Service Advisor
Ed Miller, Service Advisor started his automotive career in 1986 working at various dealerships and independently owned service centers. Over the years he has acquired a vast knowledge in service writing as well as in the automotive technical side.
Sidenote: Jon and Ed went to high school together and have been friends ever since.
Ed has been with Accurate since 2013.
